We check every creator before they can apply, to protect brands from fake accounts. If you connected Instagram, TikTok or YouTube through the official login, a Nano account (1K–10K followers) is usually approved automatically within minutes. Otherwise a person reviews your profile, normally within 24 hours.

Common reasons for a delay: the profile link is private or wrong, fewer than 1,000 followers, or missing profile details. Fix them in Profile and we will review again.

1. Apply to a campaign in Find campaigns and wait for the brand to approve you.
2. Post on your own account with the campaign track before the deadline shown on the campaign.
3. Open My campaigns → Add submission and pick the post from your connected account (or paste the link).

As soon as your post is approved, the payout for your tier is added to your SoundFlood balance (usually within 2 business days of submitting). You can withdraw from $20. With Stripe Connect set up, money is sent automatically and reaches your bank in 2–7 business days. Once your payouts pass $600 in a year we also need a tax form.

Brands pay the creator budget plus 25%. The fee covers matching creators, checking every post (right track, the creator's own account), holding the budget until posts are approved, paying creators and live reporting. Creators never pay a fee: the price shown per post is what you receive.

Tiers group creators by audience size: Nano 1K–10K, Micro 10K–100K, Macro 100K–1M, Mega 1M+ followers. The tier sets the price per post. Brands buy slots per tier, and you only see campaigns with open slots in your tier. The price per post for your tier is shown on every campaign before you apply.

Connecting through the official login lets us confirm the account is yours and read your follower count — that is what makes automatic approval possible. It also lets you submit a post in one click. We only read your profile and posts; we never publish anything. You can disconnect at any time in your profile.

Yes. Open the campaign and use Add capacity to buy extra slots in any tier. New slots are available to creators right after payment. If you no longer need the campaign, choose Close campaign and the unused budget is refunded (see the refund policy). Need the same campaign again? Use Duplicate campaign.

The brand that runs the campaign and SoundFlood admins see views, likes and comments for the approved posts in that campaign, and can download a report. Creators see their own posts and earnings. Other creators and brands do not see your numbers. Metrics are public platform data and refresh every few hours.
