SoundFlood Creator Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • ●1.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
  • ●1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated.
  • ●1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • ●1.4 You may not create multiple accounts or transfer your account without prior written consent from SoundFlood.

2. Platform Services

  • ●2.1 SoundFlood provides a platform that connects creators with campaigns to produce short-form content (e.g., reels, videos, posts).
  • ●2.2 We do not guarantee campaign availability, earnings, or selection for any campaign.
  • ●2.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

3. Creator Obligations

3.1 Content Requirements

  • ●All content must be original unless explicitly approved
  • ●Content must comply with campaign instructions and guidelines
  • ●Content must be brand-safe and not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material

3.2 Posting Requirements

  • ●Content must be posted within required deadlines
  • ●Content must remain live for the specified duration
  • ●You must provide valid proof of posting when required

3.3 Compliance

You agree to comply with:

  • ●All applicable laws and regulations
  • ●All platform rules, including Instagram and TikTok
  • ●Advertising and sponsorship disclosure requirements

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • ●Use bots, fake followers, or artificial engagement
  • ●Purchase or manipulate views, likes, comments, or traffic
  • ●Submit duplicate, recycled, or plagiarized content
  • ●Misrepresent your identity, audience, or performance metrics
  • ●Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity

5. Payments

5.1 Payment is contingent upon:

  • ●Successful completion of campaign requirements
  • ●Compliance with these Terms
  • ●Verification of content and performance

5.2 SoundFlood reserves the right to:

  • ●Withhold or deny payment for non-compliant content
  • ●Adjust payments based on incomplete or late deliverables
  • ●Delay payment for fraud review or verification

5.3

All payments are final unless otherwise required by law.

6. Content License

6.1 By submitting or posting content through the Platform, you grant SoundFlood a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • ●Use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content
  • ●Share content with clients and partners
  • ●Use content for marketing and promotional purposes

6.2

You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you submit.

7. Monitoring and Verification

7.1 You agree that SoundFlood may:

  • ●Monitor content performance through platform APIs, links, or manual review
  • ●Request additional verification (e.g., screenshots, analytics access)

7.2

Failure to provide verification may result in withheld payment or account action.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 SoundFlood may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • ●Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • ●Repeated non-compliance

8.2 Upon termination:

  • ●Pending payments may be withheld if violations are confirmed

9. Confidentiality

10. Intellectual Property

  • ●10.1 SoundFlood retains all rights to the Platform, including software, branding, and systems.

11. Disclaimers

11.1

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

11.2 SoundFlood makes no guarantees regarding:

  • ●Platform uptime or performance

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundFlood shall not be liable for:

  • ●Loss of income, data, or opportunities

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoundFlood from any claims arising out of:
